EPIQ Capital Group, the multi-family office, has appointed former JP Morgan private banker Christine Leong Connors as president and partner.

In the new role, Christine Leong Connors reports to EPIQ’s chief executive Chad Boeding.

At JP Morgan, Connors served as managing director and the head of JP Morgan's private bank in Northern California. 

"Christine is one of the most talented financial business executives I've come across in the industry," Boeding said. “Our clients have reached a level of wealth where their financial lives have often become more complex, and Christine excels at helping families navigate and simplify their options in a way that helps them understand their choices and move forward with confidence."

Based in San Francisco, with additional locations in Dallas, Texas, and Reno, North Virginia, EPIQ Capital Group is a multi-family office. It serves clients with a net worth of more than $100 million.

JP Morgan 
JP Morgan Wealth Management has appointed former senior E*Trade manager Matt Wilson as a divisional director for the bank’s Chase branch-based advisors, Barron's reported.

In his new role, which he assumes August 30, Wilson will oversee about 1,330 advisors in the company’s central division. The division is spread over eight states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, andTexas, the report said. 

Prior to this, Wilson was president of E*Trade Advisor Services, the company’s unit for providing technology, custody, and practice management services to registered investment advisors, or RIAs.
